HTT is a platform to create, centrally manage and deploy email signatures for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with English–Vietnamese support.

No. HTT runs in your browser. You build a signature, copy it and paste it into your email app's settings — nothing to install.

Yes. The editor and signature creation are free. Business features (team management, campaigns, automations) are on paid plans.

With email and password, or one-tap sign-in with your Google and Microsoft accounts.

An admin mints a password-less login link (Directory → Hub link) and shares it. Opening the link takes the employee straight to their signature hub.

Every organization gets 1 free seat. For more users, seats are $0.50 per seat per month, charged in VND at the USD→VND rate when you order. See the Pricing page for details.

Via bank transfer using a VietQR code. After you transfer, the system reconciles it automatically and activates the seats you bought.

Your organization automatically returns to the Free plan (1 seat) on expiry. If you pay late, the payment is still recognised and correctly extends your plan.

Passwords are hashed with argon2id; sessions store only a hash of the token. Every organization's data is isolated and all queries are scoped to the organization.
