HTTEmail Signatures 365

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This policy describes how HTT Email Signatures 365 ("HTT", "we") collects, uses and protects information when you use the service. It reflects our current practices; please read it carefully.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email and password (hashed, see Security) when you register.

Content you create: signature data, name, title, links and images you enter into the builder.

Organization data: if you belong to an organization, we store your role, department and related company templates.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the service of creating, saving and managing your signatures.

To authenticate logins and protect your account.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data security

Passwords are hashed with argon2id — we never store passwords in plain text.

Sessions are stored only as a hash, not as the original token.

Each organization's data is isolated: every query is scoped to its organization.

4. Data sharing

Within an organization, admins can view member information and company templates according to their role.

We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service, and only to the minimum extent needed.

5. Your rights

You can access, edit or delete your signatures at any time in the dashboard.

To request account or data deletion, contact [email protected].

6. Contact
