Install your signature in Outlook, Gmail and more

How to paste your signature into every popular email app.

HTT signatures use table-based layout with inline CSS, so they render consistently across Outlook (Word engine), Gmail and Apple Mail. You just copy and paste into your signature settings.

General tips

  1. Click Copy signature on the install page to copy the formatted version.
  2. Open the Signature section of your email settings.
  3. Paste with Ctrl/Cmd+V and set it as default for new messages and replies.
  4. Send yourself a test email to check how it looks.
